Um die Keks-Ausstechformen zu verwenden, einfach den Teig auf einem bemehlten Arbeitsplatz ausrollen, die Ausstechformen auf den Teig drücken und die überschüssigen Teigstücke entfernen. Anschließend die Kekse auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen und im vorgeheizten Ofen backen.

Die Keks-Ausstechformen eignen sich nicht nur für Kekse, sondern auch für andere Teige, wie zum Beispiel Fondant oder Marzipan. Sie können also auch zum Verzieren von Kuchen und Torten verwendet werden.
